The toilet leaked from the floor seal. The walls are thin on the 3rd floor, we could hear our neighbors. Bathroom very small & no fan control.

The property itself was good. Language barriers caused some issues with getting my reservation changed after flight delay, but it was worked out. Lightning in the room was ok, but the sink area was so dim. Could use an optional light there for makeup purposes.

It was very clean and the staff were very professional and immediately responsive.

Plans changed and my stay was shortened. They refused to give me credit for the unused day on my reservation

Recent stay People were friendly were doing remodeling so was a bit noisy when we got there. The breakfast area needs improvement.

Only hotel option in Columbus, very quiet, clean rooms, comfortable. Jacuzzi tub in suite worked perfectly and was clean. Decent breakfast with hot items, waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, breads, juice and coffee. Pool and hot tub. Not very populated on our stay, 4 other rooms occupied on our arrival. Black out shades worked well.
