Includes: , washer, dryer, offstreet parking for two cars or RV. 1 bedroom with queen size bed, with cedar closet, futon in living room, 1 bathroom with full size shower, heating/cooling with the touch of a button. Full size microwave and refrigerator FREE WIFI. Plates and silverware are available to use. Fresh sheets, toiletries, coffee, milk, and snacks, are provided. There is a fire pit that can be used. There is an outside charcoal grill that can also be used, tenant is responsible to supply charcoal. Firewood is provided and can be used for $10 extra. One pet may be brought and if so an additional $20 fee is charged when you book. The pet is not allowed on the bed/futon and must be on a leash when outside.
