Spacious and well-kept room. Clean and tidy hotel. Check-in only took a few minutes. Check-out is pain free, just drop your key cards at the front counter drop box. Breakfast is complimentary.

After trying to check in early, around 11am, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet. We understood, check in wasn’t till 3pm. We were told we had a guaranteed room, even though we wouldn’t be back u til around midnight. We jokingly said “don’t give our room away!” When we arrived back by Uber our room had been cancelled! Thank Goodyear found one open room at Wyndham… THAT was wonderful!!!

Upon arriving at the facility, the front desk stated they did not have an itinerary under my name. Offered no help to figuring out why not. I showed them the receipt from Travelocity and they further stated they didn’t have it. Told me to call Travelocity, and simply walked away. I called and they said they sent it again, I went back to the front desk, and the manager on duty states to me”so they never sent it in the first place.” She again doesn’t receive it, and offers no help. I call Travelocity again, who finally gets her on the phone. She refused to tell the Travelocity agent her name. When I asked for it to make a complaint, because she was so rude and unhelpful, she refused to give it to me. Stated she “wasn’t comfortable with that.” They finally got us in the system, then tried to book us in a dirty room. We get to the second room and the bed cover has a stain on it. This was just a horrible experience with a 2 year in tow, and the rudest employee. 0/10.

I didn't get to stay, wrong day was booked. Hope to get a refund. Our last stay here was great. Unfortunately the rates for the day we need to stay are ridiculously high because of a football game ???? What the heck. Definitely price gouging.

No bath towels, hard mattress, mold on bathroom floor near tub, less than pleasant check in desk personnel, poor response when informing about no towels, strong pinesol smell in lobby.

Parking was horrible. Staff unfriendly, smelled moldy . Had anxiety attack from the over welming smell of moldwhen I went to check in.person checking me in was un sympathize of what was happening had to go back outside for fresh air and a drink of water.

They advertised an indoor hottub and pool. The hottub was broken and not in working condition and the pool was cold. We were looking for a relaxing evening and didn't get it.

Beds were the most uncomfortable, the front staff was rude
