This Loft is our Signature Unit with 50 ft. of 9th St. Frontage, 3 Balconettes, Full Kitchen, High End Finishes and Premium Locationon 9th St. in the center of Columbia's Downtown District. Great location This property was perfect for our stay. We were visiting our college kids. Place was clean and well stocked. Perfect location to all the downtown Columbia bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again

Perfect weekend This is the second time that we’ve stayed in this place and it never disappoints. It’s clean and there’s always so many amenities that are even there when you forget your shampoo or anything. For the type of trip that we try to do every couple years which is live down memory lane this place is perfect. Location is easy to get to campus that we love to stroll and the restaurants we loved to dine at. Will definitely be back! Thanks Cory. Cheers

State Championships Great location within walking distance of Columbia downtown restaurant/bar district. Stayed 1 night to watch HS state basketball tourney. Had a minor issue with having the wrong code to access entry to the property, but owner was very responsive, and it was resolved immediately. Were able to get in at noon rather than typical 4:00. Slept 8 easily and could have accommodated 10.

great location We were visiting the university and stayed in the condo. It was very convenient and centrally located in the downtown area. It was about a 10 minute walk to the university which was great. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags in the unit while we toured the campus. Thanks for your flexibility.
