It was a beautiful place to stay, and the employees provide excellent customer service. My only complaint would be you are not able to control the heating or cooling in your room.

Excellent place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, plenty of parking space and our room was wonderful. Dining experience was great. Food was good and prices were acceptable.

It was beautiful and luxurious. They kept everything clean. We didn’t want to leave the lodge. We could’ve just stayed in there all day. The staff was friendly and professional. Would love to go back again soon.

This is a very new property and it was done right is all I can say. A lot of thought went into things like security and safety. Rooms are great, they did a lot to sound proof them. Any time I return to Colorado Springs, this is where I will stay. It's better than the Broadmoor at less than half the price. Excellent place to stay!!
