眾神花園凱藝套房飯店(Quality Inn & Suites Garden of the Gods)

We are a military family traveling in to the Springs… The facility was clean and the amenities was ok but the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to us. Kicked us out before out checkout time and tried to keep our deposit when the room was immaculate before we left.

I rented online. Wasn’t told first floor was under construction. Had to enter through construction area. Unsafe. My room had toilet issues. Not flushing right. Coffee pot not plugged in convenient place. Wouldn’t reach on table. Had to sit it on floor. Double beds. Both frames leaning down on front side. Beds not made correctly.

The room had a fishy smell that was coming from the air conditioner. Maintenance came in and masked the smell for a couple of hours. It came back and they were unable to move us due to being full. We were told to come back the next day and speak with the manager. There wasn’t a manger there the next day. The room made us sick. It’s too expensive to deal with what we had to deal with. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The breakfast was not good. No one in our group of 10 ate it. We went next door to village inn. Lobby was nice but it is oddly disconnected from the hotel. We were able to park our trucks w Jeep trailers in the back and a security guard kept watch on them. That was nice. But there were homeless people around the area so a guard would be required. Beds were comfortable. Air worked ok. Floors were stained. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast is most important to me so I was bummed when it was not good. There was also no cold water provided except from a water fountain

I have traveled the world as an airline pilot and have never been asked for a security deposit. That's a very good way to scam people who do not pay attention. I photographed the entire room to ensure I was not charged for damage I did not commit.

Room carpet heavily stained looked like dog pee. Mold in tub shower. Extremely noisy after midnight. No screen on window, window open when we entered room. Flies! Horrible you list them!

Excelente hotel!!! Pensabamos quedarnos una noche y finalmente nos quedamos otra más! Personal super agradable, buen desayuno, buena ubicación!

La propiedad está bien sólo que le hace falta mantenimiento sus instalaciones se ven muy viejas y deterioradas a falta de mantenimiento

Staff solution to problems was consistently offering to switch rooms, electrical smell coming from AC unit in first room, shower tub wasn’t draining in second room
