Could not get home due to a snow storm and needed a place for the night. The gal at the front desk was especially kind, helpful, and welcoming.

Was the second of a 2 night stay. There was no hot water in the room, so shower in the morning was cold. When I complained to the front desk staff, they effectively said nothing.

The hotel, despite taking my Cash app Visa as payment would not take it for incidentals. These people are incompetent.

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is convenient to the Academy with grocery stores and dining.

I stayed on the first floor and noticed when I went to sleep for the night around 10:30 that there was a beeping noise outside my room in the hallway. It sounded like some type of fire alarm. I went in the hallway to investigate and figured it was the red fire alarm. I called the front desk and told them about it. The man who answered so he didn't hear anything - which there's no way he would as he was at the front desk not in room 134 or near it - and said he would investigate the sound and then promptly hung up on me. I know that he never investigated the sound and needless to say I had a very poor night's sleep. To say I am disappointed and annoyed is an understatement!

Everything was great. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly and accommodating. Only draw back was indoor pool was out of order due to needing repair but otherwise great place. And AFFORDABLE!!!

When we checked in we were just given the keys. Nothing about breakfast, check out, or that the pool was closed. Also the fact that the po was closed.

The facility was located at a safe and convenient location. Our room was comfortable and clean. The common areas were kept fairly clean considering winter weather conditions.
