EXCELLENT Hosts!
Location is killer, backyard amenities are fantastic, house is super cute and exceptionally well-appointed. Toiletries, laundry soap, pantry staples, and GOOD coffee were all provided. We stayed there Thanksgiving week and it was perfect. Our 68 & 74 year old parents stayed in the main floor primary bedroom, our 13 and 9 year old shared the 2nd main floor bedroom that had 2 queen sized beds, and we slept on the full bed in the basement bedroom. There were two living spaces plus a great backyard. Space to work out, a 6 person table to eat together, and two bathrooms. It is worth noting that the basement bathroom is just a tub with a handheld attachment so not a shower. This was not an issue for our family but it could be for others. And the seating in the living spaces was limited. There wasn't anywhere for all 6 of us to comfortably sit together to watch movies or sports. The real star of the show are the hosts. We have stayed in many a vacation rental and have never had such lovely, attentive, and communicative hosts. They will go above and beyond to help and make your stay exceptional. Definitely would rent here again if we go back to the area!

Short stay in Colorado Springs
This house is immaculate. Super clean with huge charm and functionality! The hot tub on a cool morning was the beginning of a great day! I’ve never said I would travel to a specific location, just to stay in a specific house… Until now!! Comfortable beds, the perfect layout, and the basement bathroom is one of the best I’ve ever seen! Super happy with my stay and would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Colorado Springs area!

This might be the nicest VRBO experience we have had. Every detail was carefully curated, and was even better than advertised. The spaces all felt personal and warm. 10/10 would stay here again.

Amazing home for a relaxing stay!
Friends and family stayed in this home (2 adults and 3 teens/tweens) for a few days and we couldn’t have been more impressed with this VRBO!! It has everything you could want and makes you feel at home while vacationing! Bonus - the basement is a fun little area for kids stocked with movies and a Wii. This home is clean, comfortable beds and linens, lovely amenities, beautiful outdoor space - this is the house you will want to stay in. Hosts were lovely and very helpful! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Perfect 10
The house and hosts were amazing. The house was spotless and was perfectly equipped. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and I am incredibly picky. The check in process was flawless, and checkout instructions were clear and very minimal. We will definitely return to this great home if we are back in the area.

Perfect trip! Amazing stay!
Our family of 5 stayed at the Native Colorado home while attending the 2025 USA Boxing International Open, and we had a great time! The house was beautiful, cozy, and perfect for making lasting memories. We had a couple of small issues, like a broken doorknob and a cabinet accident that caused a minor hand injury, but the owners, Jill and Chad, responded quickly and were super helpful. Despite that, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The very best CLEAN TEAM. We, the owners, personally clean this home after every stay. And we hire only the best - our family to help us with the details. This is our only short-term rental property. We own it, manage it, clean it, landscape it, talk personally to all guests, and put our heart into it.
MOUNTAIN VIEWS - Step right outside and you will see Pikes Peak towering over our street! Many guests love our PORCH SWING for the calm, serene, morning coffee moments.
OVER-SIZED DRIVEWAY PARKING and GARAGE - easily park your trailer or RV in the driveway and off the street.
