We visited hotel nippon with my colleques. The warm welcome from the hotel lobby, until our check-out time, our each and every stay at the hotel was so much exceptional. The rooms of the hotel are clean and cozy. Housekeeping staff is very helpful.The friendly hotel staff is giving a superb service to the guests always with nice and sweet smile.Must say I am very impressed with all the friendly staff. One such staff is Saduni. The hotel is a relaxing and calm hotel which is convienient. But we had to wait for a long time after ordering food.It must be improve. I would highly recommend anyone considering Hotel Nippon Colombo, for their next stay
Granbell colombo is the most beautiful city hotel in colombo , It offer really japanese hospitality experience , foods are really tasty , Hotel has most beautiful infinity pool at roof top. That experience is very attractive . Roof top bar is little bit crowded in weekend . But bar staff provide quick service. Also Room has consist with modern features . And Room has bath tab . It is really nice. Overall experience is really worth for money.staff was very friendly. Mihiranga from reception he helps us very friendly during our stay and restaurant staff Niroshan , kasun is very helpfull . We will definitely come back again . Thanks Granbell ❤
As a practice I usually speak to several staff when I visit somewhere before making a genuine comment for the improvement of that organization. Seeing so many sad faces in this happy place, I deeply thought many times whether to write on this or not. Taking care of External Customers is a good thing as long as Internal Customers (your employees) also feel fairly treated. “Clients do not come first. Employees do. If you take care of your employees, naturally they will take good care of the clients.” Your staff doesn't look to be happy and as customers we can feel those things also. Note to management!
I contacted the hotel to make a confirmation for my brother-in-law's anniversary dinner and was connected to Chamath Gamage, who supported me with a positive attitude & extended to help me out with the reservation since it was a special occasion at the hotel too where seating is limited. Thus being so Chamath reached out to Mr.Denver to seek advise. Within a span of 30 minutes Chamath called me back & confirmed informing me that the reservation is successful & the hotel could have my brother-in-law & his wife to enjoy their anniversary evening at the hotel that evening. I am grateful for Chamath for making the service matter along with a supportive team who was able to facilitate our request midst the special occasion. I wish Chamath & Mr.Denver Good luck in all endeavors to carry out the positive service mindset to all customers they meet.
