安提可博拉姆飯店

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel a luglio 2024, io e mia moglie, per un soggiorno di 4 notti, perché a metà strada tra Bergamo ed il lago d'Iseo, entrambi posti che valevamo visitare. La struttura è un borgo storico immerso nel verde, con ampi spazi comuni e camere di grandi dimensioni, sulla carta con grandi potenzialità. Tuttavia risulta subito evidente che gli interni sono ormai decisamente datati ed i servizi, sia quelli di ricevimento che quelli di pulizia, ridotti al minimo. Abbiamo avuto più di una camera, in quanto la prima assegnataci aveva il condizionatore non funzionante, e la seconda pure, mentre alla terza possibilità il condizionatore era ok. Le camere sono molto ampie, i bagni enormi, ma l'arredamento è vecchio, gli impianti hanno chiari segni di usare e non vengono puliti da molto (ad esempio il soffione doccia, impresentabile). La pulizia è poco curata, spesso c'era polvere (ad esempio su maniglie e armadi) ed in generale si ha la netta sensazione che la manutenzione sia pressoché assente e la pulizia approssimativa. La colazione non è all'altezza, sia per varietà ma soprattutto per qualità, ed, incredibile a dirsi, il secondo giorno è finito il caffè, cioè era disponibile solo quello decaffeinato. Alle nostre richieste, nei giorni successivi, di avere almeno un espresso dal bar dell'albergo (che abbiamo ottenuto) l'addetta alla colazione si dimostrava addirittura scocciata della richiesta, perché a suo dire potevamo farci andare bene quello decaffeinato, un comportamento del tutto inaccettabile che avrebbe meritato una risposta altrettanto scortese. Un plauso invece al personale del ricevimento, sempre estremamente disponibile e cordiale. La mia non è una bocciatura completa, ma ci sono molti aspetti che lasciano perplessi, una pulizia non proprio impeccabile e un servizio colazione da dimenticare.

La nostra cena per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia é stata all’altezza delle aspettative. La location è bella, il personale competente e il cibo buono. Alcuni piatti sono stati anche adattati per esigenze di celiachia e intolleranza al lattosio, quindi consigliato per cene ma anche eventi vari in quanto il locale ha un bel giardino esterno.

We stayed at this hotel as a stopover on our way South from the UK. It is a bit out of the way but we chose it for the large secure parking, so suited our needs. The building is beautiful. Very unique and the owners have made the best of every space. The reception staff were really friendly and check in / check out was very efficient. We ate in the restaurant, after a drink in the courtyard. The food was amazing, everything we ate was first class. Made even better by the fact that the staff were so attentive. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

The hotel location is worst . It is at middle of nowhere. Not connected with any public transport. One will not find any taxis coming to or from the hotel. Hotel staff will not provide you any help in this regard. At the most they will provide you with Taxi call centre number and then it is upto you to manage. Finding taxi can take upto an hour or more as not many taxis are available for this area. Choose this hotel only and only if you have your own vehicle. Rooms are spacious . Though airconditioning system are noisy. Hotel restaurant is expensive and not value for money. Rooms are too far from the reception. Staff is not very courteous or helpful. Not a very ideal place to stay.

I spent 11 days at this hotel during my quarantine and it was an absolute nightmare. The receptionist Giovanni Foti, Katie and the manager were very condescending, rude, disrespectful and treated me like some animal. The hotel kept on threatening me and other covid patients with the police and "legal repercussions" if we leave even though we had the right to leave according to the Italian covid protocol. They constantly lied to us about the regulations and were mentally tormenting us while there. I am currently reporting this hotel but please BE WARNED since they will try to keep you in there for as long as they can so they can get more government money. I advise any past, current and future covid patients to get legal counsel, know your rights, and if needed take legal action against them.

Menu fisso concordato, con prezzo economico ma portate abbondanti e quasi discrete, servizio cortese e attento. Peccato per la grave e totale trascuratezza in tema di controlli: a nessuno è stato verificato il green pass, un solo sanificante, alla cassa, per un centinaio di persone, rubinetti mal funzionanti nel bagno che costringono a sporcarsi le mani dopo averle lavate. Gravi e spiacevoli situazioni, frutto di atteggiamenti che sono un insulto ai tanti ristoratori e clienti attenti e rispettosi della legge.
