Very good location setting in front of Cologne Cathedral. ❤️ And beside Cologne Centraal Station.
I can walk around the city day and night.
Nice room and clean, good view to the Cologne Cathedral.
Day and night i'm happy to stay here.
Breakfast should to adjust cause expensive 17Euro but poor food.
You can walk to have breakfast at a delicious breakfast nearly hotel.
However i think Everything be good in this hotel.

Otelin konumu harika. Odaları temiz ve konforlu. Kahvaltı da çeşit fazla değil ama tatmin edici. Köln merkezdeki bütün ilgi alanlarına yürüme mesafesinde . Çalışanlar oldukça sıcakkanlı ve yardımsever. Köln’de her zaman tercih edilebilecek bir otel
A HORRIBLE CHECK-IN EXPERIENCE - Good points: The room was clean, the hotel's convenient location near the Cologne train station saved time and effort in transportation, and despite being centrally located, it provided a quiet atmosphere - Situation: I had made a reservation and paid in advance for a three-night stay at this hotel. I also completed an online check-in for my expected arrival date. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I couldn't make it on the first night. I arrived at around 8:30 PM on the second day. - Bad check-in experience: When I informed the receptionist, named Wasim, that my booking was supposed to start the previous day, his response was shockingly RUDE. Rather than empathetically resolving the issue, he immediately responded in a high tone and questioned why I hadn't emailed the hotel beforehand, without bothering to check the system. I had experienced a train delay and an exhausting day, and I just wanted a quick check-in. However, Wasim simply focused on my failure to email the hotel and adhere to the hotel's rules. It was completely unacceptable. While I wasn't expecting luxurious service, I surely didn't anticipate being made to feel like I needed to report my absence to the boss. - Poor training and affiliation with a third-party company: When I asked for Wasim's name, he outright refused to give it to me and told me "YOU CAN ASK MY MANAGER TOMORROW". Adding to my frustration, his reason is that he is not directly employed by Accor but was associated with a third-party company. His unwillingness to give his name initially was extremely disappointing. It was only after some requests that he reluctantly disclosed his name. It's truly disheartening to receive such service from a hotel that belongs to an international hospitality company like Accor.

Gezellig hotel, prima ligging. Vriendelijk onthaal. De kamers zijn comfortabel maar eerder aan de enge kant. De badkamer is echt klein, zeker de toiletruimte. Geen geluidshinder van naburige kamers en de ramen sluiten perfect zodat het geluid van het drukke Stationsplein niet doordringt. Mooi zicht op Keulens trekpleister nummer 1: de Dom. Vanuit het hotel ben je op enkele stappen van Tourist Info, Rijnpromenade, musea, winkelstraten, bezienswaardigheden en horeca. Top!

В отеле не дают воды! В отеле нет льда. В отеле нет вообще ничего и это при цене 300€ за ночь. Для участника Accor Limitless уровня Platinum ноль привилегий. По сути в эту цену входит только кровать в малюсенькой комнате. Категорически не рекомендухю.
