When I arrived it was very busy at the front desk, but the staff member was incredibly friendly and did a good job managing it all. My room was disappointing. When I walked in, it had a strong smell that seemed like they were trying to cover up a different odor with room spray. Additionally, the part of the floor that wasn't carpet was sticky and not clean. I didn't realize this until I took off my shoes and my feet were sticking to parts of the floor. I am sure it was a one off, but the whole time I was there I felt like the room was pretty icky.

We booked 2 queen beds and handicap room as it had a bath tub for our 4 year old. Little did we know it was hearing impaired and multiple times people pushed the button on the wall to ring the door bell which was very loud. We were also across from ice machine which had no door so from 7am on we could hear everyone getting ice and with a soccer tournament staying there it was very loud. Room was very nice, beds were very comfortable but needed a little more light

The front staff was very friendly. We were welcomed with enthusiasm. The room was clean and quiet. Although we were just in town for the night, it was one of the best places to stay on our short road trip.
