我們的計劃被取消了，我們需要儘快找到一家酒店。我們立即在這個位置預訂了一個房間，這是我們住過的最好的酒店。服務快速簡單友好。房間現代而乾淨。由於我們的航班在早上 7 點被取消，我們需要提前入住，酒店允許我們提前入住。

I don’t know if we were given just whatever room because we went through ******* but the front desk agent was not pleasant. She put me on the 2nd floor by the elevator during a cheer competition. I literally booked the room for 10 hours to get some slp to catch a 5 flight. I stopped at the desk to purchase Tylenol and mention how noisy it was with the running, doors slamming and elevator dinging. She just looked at me.

I had a very quick stay for an overnight at atl airport. Waited 15 minutes to check in at 11:25 pm.. noisy crowded lobby. Room was nice and seemed clean. Unfortunately, I woke up with bed bug bites all over my legs before my flight home. Called hotel from airport to let them know to check the bed in my room asap. Sent photos of bites, etc. no response yet

Rude check in staff ended a very stressful travel day for me. After many delays I was forced to spend the night in Atlanta due to flight issues. I selected a Marriott hotel because my husband always stays at one’s and has good service. I also stayed because they had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back. Not familiar with the area I thought that was the best selection. I tried numerous time to call the hotel about how to get the shuttle but no one answered the phone. It turns out you have to take a train first to get a shuttle. Again no one answered the phone to help me so I had to walk with the suitcases at 10:30 at night to the hotel. By the time I get to the check in desk and ask about answering the phone I get a smart mouth response “don’t you see they as busy”. Not a sorry or proper answer. I asked to speak to the manager and she was apologetic and nice but by that time I was at the end of my rope. I walked into the hotel noticeably a stressed and weary traveler and was greeted with rudeness. The shuttle trip back was only to the train station again. Maybe the need not to falsely advertise a shuttle to the airport. With much luggage this is not the type of shuttle people need. I was only able to stay about 3 hours at the property but would never go back again.

This hotel was perfect in every respect for our one-night stay prior to an early-morning flight. The property is immaculate and the staff was courteous and professional. The shuttle operates 24/7 to/from the ATL Sky Train and was available when needed. Part of the airport runway was visible from our room, yet noise was minimal in our room.
