Check in was quick and easy. The lobby is nice. My sofa bed did not work and I was told someone would come to assist with it. No one ever came. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. Oh, also I appreciate the shuttle BUT it didn't leave for the airport until 5am and my flight was at 6am. Missed flight

La habitación estaba sucia solo la ropa d cama y el baño estaban limpio el piso y demás estaba sucio . La alfombra d el pasillo olía a orine como d perro. Yo realmente solo pase una noche d pasada pero jamás volvería ni lo recomendaría así q les sugiero q traten d mejorar para q el lugar levante realmente está hasta en remodelación y deberían poner mas empeño en la limpieza ese es mi punto clave .

Bathtub had some balls of dust and I had to clean it again before using. No dark curtain so street lights lit up the room at night. No complementary water in the room.

The room was nice, spacious and clean. Took lukewarm showers because the water wouldn't get hot. The staff was great!!!

It was my first time in Atlanta, Georgia and my stay at county Inn suites was amazing and I loved it. I found my hotel room to be clean bathroom to be clean, which is very important to me. Whatever I asked it was requested. The staff were very kind and very supportive. I would definitely recommend, and I would love to come again And I know I will with a group of people

We didn’t really go anywhere except the restaurant/bar right next to the hotel. The food there was great though and the staff very friendly. We took the shuttle back and forth from the airport and the drivers were great. They were very helpful and accommodating. It did seem we waited more than a half hour for the shuttle to get to the airport but other than that it was great.

Horrible stay. We were given a room on the ground floor, near the lobby. Didn't think much of it until it was time to *try* to go to sleep and were unable to sleep ALL NIGHT due to the employees talking, laughing, and carrying on in the lobby ALL NIGHT LONG. Probably got less than 1 hour of full sleep. It was awful and like nothing I've ever witnessed before at a HOTEL.

The hotel cancelled my reservation and i was made to pay much higher fees than what i booked. I am happy at all.

Daily we had to take our dirty towel to the front desk for them to only give one set of towels back. One set meaning you have to go back daily to get clean towels.

The staff was incredible. Quick. Polite. Super efficient check in. The shuttle wouldn't be running when we left so the concierge set up a shuttle for us within minutes. Would definitely stay again. Clean and quiet. Had dining nearby.

I did not like that my room was not cleaned during my stay. I asked for more towels and washcloths and was instructed to bring the dirty ones down and they will give me new ones, that is not common at any property. Room should have been cleaned and the towels and cloths should have been replaced. The shuttle driver that took us to the airport was rude and had his 2 small children with him in the shuttle, this was very unprofessional
