Beautiful Private Villa with full kitchen, air conditioning, large living & dining room, 3 bedroom/3 bath, with pool and hot tub located in the Parc de la Baie Orientale gated community, near Esmeralda Resort in French St. Martin. Property is only a 1/4-mile walk from Orient Beach, widely known as the 'Riviera of the Caribbean'. Only a 5-minute drive to Grand Case, the dining capital of St. Martin, and equidistant from the towns of Marigot and Philipsburg. Broadband Internet, television and washing machine on site. The villa has a caretaker, maid and a property manager. Best Vacation Ever
We absolutely loved staying at Villa Belfiore. The location is perfect. Valerie, the property manager, is amazing! Getting to the beaches and around the island is very easy. We will come back…the sooner the better!!

Great stay!
The villa is in a fantastic location to beautiful Orient Beach. Communication and the check in process were excellent. The villa is immaculate, and Valerie, the housekeeper, comes daily. Air conditioning worked well, and the owner was quick to respond to any small issues. We would have preferred to do our own laundry, but the washer and dryer are locked off. Valerie was lovely and did it for us. The pool is well maintained. The jacuzzi must have a leak because it kept losing water and would not get hot (minor problem). The mattresses were not the most comfortable.

Excellent
This home was perfect for our Family. Short walk to Orient beach and Village.
Home and pool our kept very clean. Will definitely be back!
