Seven Park Hotel Lake Como - Adults Only 七公園科莫湖飯店-限成人

Nous y avons séjourné 4 jours en Club, groupe de 24 personnes. C’est un endroit magnifique, hôtel propre et accueillant. Un petit déjeuner très complet. Le parking est sécurisé et tout l’hôtel est de plein pied aucun escalier c’est agréable. Tout était parfait 👍 Recommandé par Porsche Passion Alsace

Struttura bellissima, ma se l'ingresso in piscina per i non residenti è di 25,00 euro, senza avere la possibilità di ombrellone nelle ore più calde diventa un problema. Sabato 15/07/2023, alle 15:00, tutti gli ombrelloni venivano chiusi, causa "vento" non troppo forte. Se si vuole tutelare il cliente dalla caduta dei vari oggetti, è giusto, ma nelle ore più calde non è ammissibile che non venga garantita un minimo di ombra, per chi decide di rilassarsi in piscina. Al momento del pagamento vi è un foglio con su scritto "Lettini e ombrelloni fino ad esaurimento scorta", ma non è giusto che si dia la possibilità al cliente di lasciare per ore e ore sulle sdraio il proprio telo, per tenere il posto occupato. Inoltre, vi sono lettini comodi, e lettini in plastica, non proprio adatti al prezzo che si richiedere per entrare nella Vs struttura, ai non residenti. Consiglio di montare degli ombrelloni con una tenuta diversa, e di migliorare la qualità del servizio piscina, modificando il prezzo o garantendo la massima sicurezza, e attenzione. Sembra a tratti un locale, con prezzi alti, ma con servizi inesistenti. La critica, vuole essere costruttiva, in quanto, la struttura, è molto bella. Una nota positiva ai bagnini, in quanto molto attenti a soddisfare "nel limite del possibile" l'esigenza del cliente!

7 Park is a beautiful hotel with amazing views. The rooms are a little small but overall we were comfortable and spent a lot of time outside on the patio. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice and had lots of chairs. The pool was very cold but we enjoyed sitting out in the sun and staring at the mountains. Breakfast was included and was great, lots of options. We had dinner at the restaurant and would say the food was just okay (compared to all other amazing Italian food we had). Spa onsite and overall very relaxing area to vacation. Colico was not as touristy as other areas of Lake Como which we liked a lot. There was still an area along the lake to walk around and some restaurants in town. Lots of outdoor activities (boat rentals, SUP, kite surfing, horseback riding, etc.) Very close to the train station and ferry stop, a quick walk to each. We took the ferry down to Bellagio and Varenna and spent the day there. **advice to buy your return ferry ticket when you arrive at the destination because the later ferries do sellout** Would stay again, we really enjoyed it!

Positives: Everything about this hotel, except for one thing, was fine: beautiful resort hotel, beautiful location, nice facilities, very nice swimming pool, both the 'public part' and the adults-only part, very pleasant and of good quality (Beach Bar) restaurant, very attentive and respectful staff both in the service and at the reception. Negatives Everything was fine except breakfast. The breakfast was not worthy of this location. Despite the amount of choice, the quality was terribly poor: pancakes cold, scrambled eggs lukewarm, boiled eggs stone cold, sausage and cheese tasteless, rolls and croissants not really fresh or no longer available at 9.15 am, bread for toasting old, fruit rock hard and inedible, tea water not warm, very strange juices. Unfortunately too many to mention. For us, a good breakfast in a hotel is a requirement and a very pleasant start to the day together. It is such a shame because the staff does their utmost, but unfortunately with the wrong products. It is also so strange and incomprehensible because the quality of the products in the (Beach Bar) restaurant was excellent.

Questa sera siamo stati per un “apericena” per un “compleanno”…..veramente senza parole, in più di 30 persone, due vassoi di affettati, due vassoi di formaggi…mille vaschette di verdure alla giardiniera 🤷🏼‍♂️ e 6/7 vassoi di salame piccattintissimo(ovviamente non mangiato da nessuno) prima e unica portata, risotto al limone e rosmarino, imbarazzante, probabilmente fatto da un meccanico di motoslitte che è la prima volta che cucina….Da stare alla larga…prezzi stratosferici e servizio PESSIMO!! Assolutamente da starci alla larga

Sono stato per un compleanno di una mia amica di sabato sera..arrivati in anticipo abbiamo fatto un apertivo in 4, Abbiamo preso 4 calici di vino pagandoli la bellezza di 36€!(costo bottiglia 20€) La serata era un apericena ricco di apertivo con un primo,partiamo dall’aperitivo che era tutto ma non ricco e neanche buono,per non parlare del primo un risotto lime e calamarata..voto 2 per non essere offensivo. Peccato per la location che è veramente stupenda ma a quanto pare gestita male

Sono stata al bar dell’hotel. Pessima esperienza. Il locale per niente curato e in alcuni tavoli erano persino presenti delle ragnatele. Il personale alla cassa non ti sa dare informazioni sul cibo e sul menu. Sarebbe take away quindi devi andare fuori a ritirare il cibo.. le insalate sono dal supermercato magari ci aggiungono qualche ingrediente e lo spero. Non ci ritornerei

Ladri ladri ladri !!!pomeriggio in piscina in 4 abbiamo pagato 88 euro !per una sdraio di plastica senza tettuccio e soprattutto senza ombrellone !!incredibile per una semplice piscina ,se andavamo in un parco acquatico pagavano uguale se non meno ma con tante attrazioni lettino e ombrellone !come allontanare i clienti ..prima e ultima volta
