We are staying here right now. I don't normally complain but as I have paid $1400 for 3 nights I thought it would be better. I'm travelling my sister and we wanted separate beds so had to book a family room. First impression....its freezing, dark and draughty. We had to pump up the air con to get any kind of warmth. Bathroom ok..Bed ok.. a nice touch of complimentary chocolates and champagne. I don't wat ch TV on holidays but neither of them work. Staff friendly...however it feels like they are left here with the responsibility and that there is no management. Bar and dining area has a nice view but once again cold. The big fire was not lit even though it was May. Breakfast was ok...no buffet...you can choose one breakfast. I am sitting here now typing this...and I'm freezing. Stay elsewhere. If we come again we will rent a place in Coles Bay.....Management I would like a refund for having to shiver in accommodation at this price. Lift your game or reduce the price.
