It meets the necessary conditions of comfort for the holidays. My recommendations: The sofa bed is in very poor condition and needs to be replaced now. The TV needs to be changed especially its remote control. And it is necessary to check the bed.

Apartment with a leatherette sofa bed that is falling apart and looks very bad. Aside from the discomfort. Some kitchen utensils also need renovation. Like the dish drainer that is rusty. The hood has accumulated grease and dust from a long time ago. Not

Generally good, but there is some furniture that needs to be changed, such as the sofa (constantly falling pieces of skin) and the mattresses, if it is considered 3-star accommodation.
