SANDY BEACH: - Beach Toys - Fire pit and seating (fire wood not provided) - Private dock in water available for use. (Please note it is shared with other unit). PATIO - Hot tub (Servicing of hot tub to occur every Friday) - Seating - Propane Grill WALK OUT BASEMENT - Open area with 55" TV and seating - Pool table - Card table - Sleeper couches available for guest 9 and 10 - No foosball table as of 7/1/25 ENTRY LEVEL - Kitchen - Dining room - Living room with 70" TV - Gas fireplace - 1 bedroom with king bed and private balcony - 1 bedroom with two queen beds - Full bathroom - Balcony TOP LEVEL (MASTER SUITE) - King bed - Walk-in closet - Full bathroom (newly renovated!) Water toys available Memorial Day to Labor Day - WEATHER DEPENDENT The water level of the lake can be high in the spring and summertime, if this occurs there may be little to no beach on the shoreline. Water/beach shoes are strongly recommended. For the security of our guests and the safety of our home we have a ring doorbell located at the outside entrance. Servicing of the hot tub to occur every Friday Dock outside of unit is available for use. Please note it is shared with other unit on property.
