"Fantastic stay with great service, clean rooms, and a relaxing ambiance. Highly recommended!" "Absolutely loved my stay! stayed for two days with family and it was a good experience. The place itself is hardly 200m from PA College Palladam road and 3 km away from Pollachi Bus stand .The rooms and apartment common area are clean and well maintained. AC works ! The only downside is that you need to go outside every time for food. Also, the care taker was ready to go and get whatever we wanted. No proper maintenance, linens are not clean, bathroom and closet are not cleaned properly, bed room fan is making c reaching sound which affects the sleep, closet flush not working and water flow from the shower is very slow, when informed to receptionist no response and no reaction from them.

Fungus everywhere, in bathroom, bedroom, no gas available as mentioned on advertisement no one was present on the gate nor at the reception to attend calls etc. Horrible experience
