地鐵公園飯店(Metro Park Inn)

Terrible experience. No receptionist at counter. No room service. Commode dirty. Bathroom dirty, avoided to take bath. I think this hotel should be closed. Fortunately our stay was only one night.

We regularly stay at metro park inn yearly once for more then 10 years, the quality and maintenance of the rooms and service is becoming worsy day by day, i still remember when we stayed for the first time, the ambience was very good, but now its very bad they dont have any good rooms now, will not try metro park inn in the future

Bed sheets and pillow covers are very dirty. Bathroom not cleaned properly only warm lights are provided, so it's very difficult to read and work.

Good location. But lodge maitained to more development. (especialy. Bed & a/c & cubord.

At the time of booking, pictures of the room looks super but when we went to the hotel room it is not at all good, bed is spring bed but inside all springs are broken and is very irritate to sleep on the bed. Ac working condition is not all good

Location is town hall. Good location. Easy commute to rely station, collectorate, raja street, are s puram etc. Temples : koniamman temple, a very famous temple, is right across the road eating place : annapoorna - is right across the road. I found extra salt in all their preparations on this trip. May be this specific location. Annapoorna, opp. Court and the one on raja street is still. Fine. Coffee / chai - at coffee ready near the petrol pump to the right of metro park inn metro park inn rooms : they used to be very good. However, on this trip i was gravely disappointed. I had to check 5 to 6. Rooms before i could settle for something. Again this room had the ceiling plasters coming off. The rooms don't have kettles. I had to demand one. No coffee or tea jn the room. The pillow covers were torn when they showed me the room, the bed sheets had stains. On day 3, they didn't have towels. I stayed for 3 nights and requested the towel only once and they didn't have it in the housekeeping. I had to manage without towels. Staff: extremely passionationate to make things work. Unfortunately, they are unable to satisfy the customers as they don't seem to have to required maintenance happening. May be the management has to wake up and do something. The staff are very cordial and helpful. They try their best to solve the issues. Unfortunately, not many get addressed as things are not in place for them. I never tasted any of their in house food or beverages. I can't comment on this front.

Unhygienic to the core, no towels when provided were torn bathroom had buckets which were so unhygienic will never recommend rooms were dark with bad lightings they need to revamp the place

Hotel location is good. But hotel is old one with no heater or hot water facility. It’s okay for couples or bachelors. Not recommended for families.
