Room not clean asked for change of blankets or exchange of other rooms. No proper response just continued with that same room itself. Didnt expect rooms like this. No proper cleaning services

Last week, we took 2 rooms, since we booked offline, they offered club room because no standard rooms are available. My cousin's room was big enough but lights are so dim, when we ask them about it, they said that this is what available. Next my room with hall they provided looks so luxury. Next morning we found that no TV working, no hot water and toilet seat is not bolded properly. I told we will vacate if they are not clearing the issues. That night when we asked about issues whether fixed or not? Manager is not aware. Then he says since I said in the morning that I will vacate he is ready to provide other room in some other property. How can we move immediately that with the children? We confronted and my uncle who runs Trip advisor business blasted him like anything then he agreed for us to stay. Next morning when I asked the reception they're not aware of those situations. How come they're running business like this? God only knows. I strongly won't recommend this hotel.

Hotel was undergoing renovation. Ac control was not working. Bathrooms were not clean. Had to change room twice. Reception in-charge was arrogant

I have booked the standard rooms in the metro park inn hotel with the charge of 2700. However looking at the room conditions that is worth of not a 1000 rupees. Let me list ratings worth of money 0/5 safety 0/5 reception 3. 5/5 room conditions 1/5 ambience 1/5 safety is very big major issue there if you are business purpose travel don't get foolish by rating. The rooms are pathetic where you don't have enough light. All the swith board are not working. The ceiling in the room is fully damaged. I request of hotel to consider the repairs and management.

Cockroach in room, very dirty room, washroom gate not able close, very dirty bad condition bed sheet, bad smell in room, no room service.

totally worst not clean room staff don’t know how behave to customers toilet too smells tooo bad they don’t even care i booked a ac room but charging also high only and ac not working very bad not good for family very dangerous people are scaring
