We've stayed here 5 times (business & personal) over the last few years & have always found it to be exceptionally clean in every way. The rooms are spacious & some a little dated & yes its on the main highway through Coffs Harbour but that's an advantage when one needs a great place to stay when travelling. This time we received a text message that reception would not be open on our arrival & our room key & map left in the box......perfect communication & no problems. The "Big Banana" is literally next door but for those travelling with kids there's nothing within walking distance for eating options after hours 🍌🍌🍌 Great value for money 🙂

First time staying here. Lovely welcome at reception & restaurant staff. Food well priced & plenty of home cooked variety. Free off road parking & yes near highway so expect some noise. Great central location to a lot of attractions. Our room was clean but basic decor. We understand they are in process of major renovations. It was cooler than normal due to waterproof flooring & spa in room. Cutlery needs to match number of occupants. A suggestion would be to clean or replace the carpet in restaurant, not a good look upon entry! Otherwise we had a great overnight experience & would happily return.

Reception was welcoming and friendly, very helpful. The room was excellent, extremely clean and welcoming. The room warmed up quickly with efficient heating. Lots of hot water for showers and spas. Comfortable bed with fluffy pillows. Will stay again 100%.

The room was clean and tidy. Staff in the office were very helpful and friendly. We will stay again on our way back home, it's in a convenient spot if you want to go shopping to the plaza, close to the beaches.

We stayed here for one night after Christmas on our way up to Qld. It was very good value for this time of the year and fulfilled my hopes and expectations. The location is very convenient. Yes, it's right on the highway and a super busy bend in the highway. We always take earplugs when we go on holidays in case of noise but we got a large room up the back, which was amazingly peaceful. We also loved the proximity to the Big Banana tourist park, you couldn't get any closer for a stay with kids. Our daughter loved the pool, another large part of why we stayed there. Rooms are a bit dated, photos are accurate, reception and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful, and rushed to get our room ready as I think we arrived a tad early. Dinner was unavailable due to Covid restrictions still in place at the time. For the price and convenience I can not fault this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We didn't feel the need to go in to Coffs itself, it looks like the centre of town is a bit down the side streets.

Depending on the room this Motel was VERY noisy with traffic passing all day and night. The second bad thing is it's location. Even though it is close to Coffs, getting there is a nightmare, trying to turn right onto the highway. There is good though, the staff are helpful, the pool is great (a bit cloudy while we were there). The Restaurant food was great but the noise killed everything off. We won't go back and would not recommend it.
