High-end gourmet well equipped kitchen! 3 bedroom- comfortably sleeps 6! Washer and Dryer! Fully fenced backyard! Enjoy everything that Coeur d'Alene has to offer at your fingertips! Couple minutes from CDA waterfront, shops, restaurants, hiking, biking, kayaking, boating and more... Walking distance to Canfield Mountain Trail- explore many miles of hiking, biking, ATV riding with amazing views!!! Lots to do in the area! Silverwood theme park 15 miles away. PERFECT
We came to CDA to attend a family wedding and needed a place for 6 adults to stay. The property was immaculate and accommodated all our needs and more. Well stocked and all needs anticipated. The master bedroom mattress is amazing! Super comfy! Very centrally located between downtown and Hayden lake.. I will be asking the owner what kind of mattress they have , I want to buy one! Would definitely rent this place again !!

The house was perfect
Great house had everything we needed for our stay. Not far from silverwood. Comfy beds and another plus for us was the house stayed nice and cool during the heat wave. Would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway spot

Wonderful Stay
This property hit all the marks for our trip. The cleanliness of the property was great, the communication from Vadim was excellent, and the property had all the amenities we needed for cooking, showering, cleaning, etc. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great property and host
This was our first time visiting Ceour D’Alene, and we were not familiar with the area. This property is like new and very clean and well kept. Although it is not near the lake, it is convenient to get downtown within minutes. The neighborhood feels safe, and appears to be “turning over” from more dated properties. It is very quiet. The beds are comfortable and amenities are thoughtfully well-appointed. The host went out of his way to drop off the garage remote and additional Nespresso pods upon request. Definitely a good experience.

The best place we have ever stayed. Will be booking again. Nice spacious house and very clean .This place was absolutely dreamy! Loved the cozy beds, well stocked kitchen, fresh decor, fun gathering places & perfect location .Had a wonderful time!
