Ok breakfast nicecroom if you don’t like animal mountain lobby don’t go. If you do it’s like a bass pro shop. Not bad just unique and different!

Hotel, magnifique, avec une piscine et un spa très agréables . Literie très confortable Hotel, très bien placé, tout était très propre et le petit déjeuner. Parfait seul petit bémol, l’accueil glacial, la réceptionniste à notre arrivée n’est pas souriante du tout elle est même carrément antipathique,elle se contente de nous donner les informations minimum. Le lendemain, lors de notre départ, le personnel présent était beaucoup plus sympathique.

Bed was not particularly comfortable and the pillows were very thin. There is no elevator and this was a surprise for us. Middle entry door lock was broken so the door was propped open with a crumpled, cardboard box; after hours, anyone could access the hotel. Many of the staff could not converse in English. Breakfast was average at best.

Everything was very nice. The only thing I would like to see would be an elevator for elderly guests and those with disabilities.

The staff was very friendly. The facilities were clean and in good condition. Breakfast offered some hot options and there was a coffee/tea cart available all day.

This property is in need of a serious update. I found the stuffed animals offensive. The breakfast was awful.

Property is very dated. The room smelled and was dirty.

Clean room, warm pool, good breakfast, only complaint was the room was freezing when we first got there with the heater turned way down and it took awhile to get to temp.

Very clean hotel and room. Very well kept pool area and breakfast. Room was not as described at all. We booked a two room suite for our family. We got one giant room with three beds. While there was a lot of space we booked because of the desire to have separate distinct rooms for sleeping.
