There is nothing not to love here. Clean, quiet and grass that’s wonderful to walk barefoot on. Pack your food and you won’t have to leave at all. We had a girl’s weekend here and it couldn’t have been a more perfect location. The beach is wide and not crowded. I will definitely return.

An absolute delight! We spent 3 nights here while looking at a possible boat to buy. Yes, ocean front with a deck, tables, chairs, lights parallel to the ocean. We even saw a rocket launch, which apparently is a regular occurrence! Exciting! We had a suite with a kitchen, two beds and futon beds in the living room. Tastefully and simply furnished, how did they know our taste? Think upgraded IKEA like. Extremely clean, quiet and cozy. Family built and owned since 1948 and impeccably kept and run by his son Gregg with Dee as the manager. Friendly, accommodating and our car suffered a booboo before we arrived, fixed across the st w/in a day for a reasonable price. They know everybody and where you can get what you need. Sighhhh of relaxation just thinking about our stay. Thank you Gregg and Dee!

We absolutely loved this place. We were here for just two nights so we got the studio and it worked great for us. Had small fridge, microwave, coffee amenities and silverware. It was clean and comfortable. We stayed when it was pretty chilly for Florida- the room stayed warm with the AC/Heat combo unit but the manager brought us a space heater just in case. Warm, welcoming, friendly staff. We have family here and will definitely stay here again when we visit. Oh- a huge plus- very dog friendly. Thank you for the great stay.

Great little place. Very clean, great AC, full kitchen, and comfortable beds. Located on a quiet beach in South Cocoa. Free surf and boogie boards to use. Nice outside sitting areas. I would definitely return to this old school motel. High rises are over rated.

Love this place. Laid back slightly old fashioned atmosphere. All staff v helpful and kind. Facilities just right - on beach and walking distance from Squid lips, a waterfront restaurant that the kids just love. BBQ pit on site and always immaculately kept. In short highly recommended for families that like self catering and are happy to enjoy the simple life

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We had a wonderful relaxing time. This place is quiet and staff is friendly. Kitchen had most of what I needed to cook all meals. I love the shower head and AC was new. It was a great stay and loved the retro part of it. It was exactly what we needed. I recommend it if you want to stay away from the noise and crowd. It is on the beach, has a nice pool and grilling option. Amazing sunrise!Thank you Dorothy and Jenny.
