J’adore l’établissement, pour des vacances en famille c’est parfait.

The rooms are very nice and updated. The pool and the beach are easy to access and the staff very helpful and welcoming.

Very family friendly. Private beach access. Only issues were older pack and plays along with some older appliances.

Our spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit was connected to another room by a locked door, which unfortunately was not very soundproof and we had loud neighbors. It would have possibly been worth the money if the pool was heated but it was very cold and we did not use it. The hot tub was too crowded to get in. The drinks from the bar were good and the bartender was friendly. I did not order any food from the hotel and would have liked to see a more creative menu. The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant and our room was clean. Around 7:00 in the morning someone banged very loudly on the door as if there was an emergency. I got up and cracked the door (with it still locked on the top latch) and there was a confused maybe 30 year old male wearing a security-looking uniform. Upon asking if I could help him, he replied he thought the room was empty, must be wrong room. Closed the door and re-locked. 20 minutes later the door OPENS and luckily I had the top latch hooked so it only opened about an inch. This time it was cleaners and they did not bother to close the door. Not a very restful experience, and I don’t think I would stay again which is unfortunate because the room sizes are awesome.

Really big studio, well furnished so we could it in the room. The resort was great with a pool, a spa and even a lazy river.
