發現海灘度假村

Well appointed condo right on the beach! Also had nice amenities for the price (gym, ping pong, pool, hot tub, sauna, basketball, and tennis all free!) It is owned by a time share company - I was signed up for a presentation but declined because they changed the terms of my rewards. To summarize - the place and staff are great if you are just renting, but I don't recommend the timeshare part.

Nice place right off the beach. If you want a view of the beach from your balcony you'll need to book the top floor.

Overall a nice accommodation with slight compromises. Very nice apartment with balcony overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. Unfortunately the bed was a bit old and worn out. It squeaked extremely loudly with every movement. Showering was practically impossible as there was no water pressure. That was a bit of a shame and worsened our impression somewhat. Apart from these two points, however, a very good place to stay.

The room itself was fine but we were told Ocean View and literally could not see through the shrubbery that borders the ocean. The pool is ok, like a Howard Johnson’s, and the restaurant is a big no. The Tiki Bar had lots of regulars and Cocoa Beach was kinda sketchy and was all kelpy, murky water. Just a pass all around.

Great Resort for families with children. Beach access, pool. For 4 days we've stayed, we didnt use the car at all. And that is exactly what we were looking for. Residents are nice and quiet.Room is spacious and clean.

Getaway trip Last min getaway trip. Wonderful location, walking distance to the pier a couple shops and coffee shops.
