Horrible hotel, dirty carpet, dirty everything. We only used it for sleeping and did not move

Lobby is really basic. The parking was ok. The room needs some updating. The cabinet was hanging down, the furniture looks outdated, and when you first walked in there was a not so pleasant smell. The be bed needs a comforter. You get a sheet and use your mate for heat. I guess $155, this is what you get in Coco beach.

Kevin at the front desk was incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating. We booked 11 rooms for a large military group, and Kevin made our lives significantly easier by being proactive and getting us checked in quickly so that we could get on with our training mission. Kevin was the best front desk person we have ever worked with. Thank you for taking care of us sir.

I will never stay here again. This property needs to be upgraded as the furniture is outdated and the lamp shades had water rings around them. The room smelled of mold and the carpet was dirty! The area around the property was littered with cigarette butts. There is as a desk in the room but no char to sit at it.

I would recommend this hotel again, but it does need to be updated. However, we were only there for one night because we were catching a cruise the next day, so it was good for its purpose. We had a pullout couch and the king size bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, but the pullout couch felt like we were sleeping on springs and a piece of paper. But again we managed for one night and the price was fair. I would say there again, but only for short periods of time I prefer more updated hotels but again for the price it was clean and it was a bed so I would recommend it, but if you’re looking for a luxurious stay or a more up-to-date property this isn’t for you, but if you’re looking for a clean place to lay your head for the night or two or if you’re on a budget vacation this is a great place!
