Horrible hotel, dirty carpet, dirty everything. We only used it for sleeping and did not move

Staff was wonderful! Accommodated all of our requests promptly and politely. We really enjoyed the pool locations that were offered to us! We will be returning.

Hotel was spacious and had good amount of supplies in the room. Lots of towels for bathroom and pool/beach. Housekeeping didn’t clean up oom everyday like they were meant to and wish trash cans were bigger. Overall it was a great stay. So close to beach and shops/ restaurants.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location is great. However, the rooms are in need of updating or, at the very least, a deep cleaning. The price, of course, is very reasonable, which I’m sure attributes to the lack of upgrades. Since we’re not inclined to spend a lot of time our room when traveling, it was fine for a short stay.

The property was nice for the money. We had a suite with a king and 2 queens. The beds were comfy but only had a sheet for cover. We prefer a cool room with a warm blanket so we all got cold in the night. The queen beds were small, I'm not sure they were even full size, but they were bigger than a twin. My only complaint about cleanliness was the bottom of the shower curtain was discolored with mold.
