Beautiful Condo on the Beach

This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo has recently been renovated and is located in The Diplomat Condominium Complex. We are only 1 mile South of the World-Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, in one of the best locations in Cocoa Beach. We are within walking distance of so many great restaurants, parks, shopping, and bars. The condo is a second-floor end unit, which makes it a very quiet location. The Oceanfront condo complex has a private gated boardwalk (see photo above - the condo is only a few steps away from the boardwalk), a community recreation center, shuffleboard and tennis courts, laundry facilities, a heated pool with club house (see photo above). The community has just completed construction on a covered picnic area with an outdoor charcoal BBQ. We also have great views of any rocket launches from the beach. The night launches are FANTASTIC! The Diplomat Condominium Complex is located Ocean side just off of A1A, directly across the street and within easy walking distance to a grocery store (Publix, across the street). There is no need to drive once you arrive. We are minutes from local attractions such as Kennedy Space Center. Only 60 minutes away from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. Our complex has a strict pet policy. Only 1 pet per condo, 25lbs and under. Cocoa Beach does not allow pets on the beach. There is a great dog park very close to our condo at Lori Wilson Park.
