Enjoy our recently updated condo, Vitamin Sea, with private beach access and on-site heated pool. Centrally located to Ron Jon’s Surf shop, Cocoa Beach Pier, CB Downtown & Kennedy Space Center. Perfect for all types of getaways. This space offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer for an effortless stay. We are looking forward to hosting you and we invite your fury friends (1 pet up to 20 lbs allowed)About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings and birthday parties.Maximum event attendees: 6.
