New, clean and the staff were friendly and professional. Great location.

Comfortable bed and pillow, clean rooms, nice size bathrooms, newly renovated. Check in was fast and staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back next time we are in town for work.

Absolutely disgusting breakfast. $225 a night and you serve this? No eggs for over 20 mins, and then finally they arrive and it's gross nasty veggie omelets? So disappointing. The woman serving the food isn't even wearing proper attire. She looks like a guest. Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. The sign says happiness starts here but I'm pretty sure only my depression did. Forgot to mention Coffee is terrible. Only decaf and dark roast... get your $&#^# together 1. 3 different staff members grabbing plates in line with customers for the breakfast buffet is insane. I have never seen in my life staff eat the food out for the customers and then go to the meeting room to eat it all at once and talk and catch up from the weekend. Look at the cameras on August 21 at roughly 7:30 in the morning. Waited several minutes for someone to come out so I can check out. Had to ring the bell multiple times. One of them forgot their pototaos at the front desk. I'll add the photos to verify this. 2. The key for the room randomly stopped working twice.. that's unheard of for a 3 night stay. 3. We asked for our room to be cleaned and the woman said "right away no problem" and no one ever came. 4. Our room didn't have any new tissues, empty shampoo bottle and the sheets smelt odd and the whole room smelt like animal fabric freshner? 5. Men's bathroom in lobby didn't have toilet paper or soap. The lack of care for service and hospitality is clear.

Would have been good if ******* actually booked the hotel for me. Even though i got a confirmation email with my booking and they charged my visa the hotel had no record of my booking. Thanks ******* ! Really messed up.

Spent New Years Eve at this hotel. Check in was quick. Nice room. Very quiet. Hotel wasn’t really busy. Lots of food for breakfast considering there wasn’t that many people. Looking forward to going back!

Nice, new hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was as you would expect with hot and cold food. I would go back.

Great customer service at this property, the staff were absolutely lovely. The room was clean except some hairs in the couch which I only noticed because I inspect things a little more in-depth to ensure cleanliness due to allergies

We want to personally thank Pauline for accommodating our family on July 22-23, 2023. She explained everything and went out of her way. Excellent staff and service! The hotel was very clean and I would definitely book here again.
