亞特蘭大維寧斯/廣場萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Vinings/Galleria)

It was nice experience, nice neighborhood. Really nice restaurants within 2 miles or less. Breakfast was good.

This is always our hotel go to when we go to Atlanta! The staff is always so nice and it’s in a very convenient spot if your going to Truist Park or Cumberland Mall.

booked this hotel through *******, got the confirmation email and booking reference number. Upon arrival on February 7, 2023 the receptionist indicated that there was no reservation for me at this hotel. The manager said ******* did not make the booking with the hotel. I spoke was an agent at ******* who indicated that the Fairfield Inn had issues with the faucet in the two rooms that I booked. Eventually was offered another hotel at another location from ******* since Fairfield Inn was booked out due to a conference. This is totally unacceptable, it was late, we drove for 12 hrs and to realize that no reservation was made even though I had the confirmation email and booking reference. Fairfield Inn I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. horrible experience, inconvenience caused since 3 families were split up, had to pay for parking at new hotel and for breakfast at new hotel. Totally

All was great except the vanity in the bathroom was way to small tohold our toilet articles.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well kept and managed.

We’ve stayed here several times and have enjoyed every stay! The Front Desk service is very friendly and excellent! Always helpful! It’s an older hotel, but we appreciate that it’s safe, clean and comfortable. Their continental breakfast has a nice variety & no complaints. The fact we’re return customers speaks for itself.

Very convenient for our plans we had while in town. Would highly recommend. And will definitely stay here again if there was a need.
