One of four exquisite design homes at walking distance to marvelous playa hermosa, in the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica. Refined details in an open-air ambience, swimming pool in every house, water ponds with flowers and a very relaxing tropical mood. The perfect balance between hi-class comfort and warm beach natural vibe. We took great care of interior design and garden development, as well as eco-friendly energy use with LED lighting, solar panels, water recycling bio-filters and more. Jungle Paradise!
We had an amazing stay here. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Everything was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and watching the monkeys, as well as the short walk down to the beach to surf. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance and it’s a short drive to town. Overall, it was a fantastic trip. We didn’t want to leave!

The location is fantastic. You can walk to the beach through a path in the woods. There are a couple of good restaurants very near by and the grocery store in next door. The property is very nice, but the first house, Agua Viva, does not offer much privacy. You can see into the pool area and main bedroom from the walkway and the side road.

Wonderful house. Terrible location.
The house was very nice. Pictures were exactly as described. However, it was located on the main road. Dogs barked all night. Walk to the beach was great. Keep sandals hidden at beach, mine were stolen.
