Home2Suites has been my go-to for several years now each time I travel to the Philadelphia area. The suites are impeccably clean, very comfortable and well equipped with a kitchenette area, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, dishes and utensils. A folding partition can separate the bed area from the living area, and the main table can be extended to serve as a large desk. Complimentary breakfast features a good variety of cold and warm choices. The property also offers business services, gym and inside swimming pool. Parking around the property is free and safe. And best of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel, which is really home away from home, whether guests need lodging for one night or one month. One of the very best in its class.

A very Tired Driver following my GPS instructions mistook the Nursing Home building for the Hotel.

Traveling with a family of four, I appreciate storage in the room. This room had it. The bathroom had multiple hooks and bars for towels and cubbies for things. The room had wall shelves, many big drawers, and three end tables. Also the pool was nice. It uses saline instead of chemicals so no eye burn. So that part was good. Downsides were that the hotel overall was pretty warm and the hotel entry signs on the road are hard to see.

If you want the breakfast, get there early cause they dont replenish when its gone which was a little disappointing. However the bed is super comfortable, rooms are nice and clean.

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. Several of the family’s stayed. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind breakfast on site was convenient and decent. The rooms were clean and spacious. My only critique is that the shower could use a little modern love. Unfortunately no matter how hard you clean them. Sometimes the metal around the shower stall needs to be replaced. Overall this was a great property.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was helpful. There coffee is not very good. They ran out of breakfast items and were slow in refilling it. The kitchen in the room was well stocked.

Paid $300 a night in Downingtown PA. What? Had to be nearby family in a rural area. Ridiculously overpriced. It's a nice hotel but charging double what it's worth. Continental breakfast is pretty sketchy, stuck with the packaged yogurt. Staff were very nice and helpful and rooms were very clean. Always hate a pocket door on a hotel bathroom - never closes right. Wouldn't stay here again - would look around for an appropriately priced hotel.

Hotel was great for a family stay. The suite was clean and the staff was very friendly, would definitely recommend.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We have stayed in this particular hotel twice. The only issue we had was the bathroom door would not close/lock. It would pop open a few inches. Staff handles issues promptly and efficiently.
