This hotel advertises a sauna and bar/lounge and food also available??? This is no hotel more like a hostel. I've never before stayed in a hotel where your bed doesn't get made on a daily basis, your tea/coffee etc topped up daily, fresh towels yet this is what happens here. You ring doorbell and a Thai lady let's you in to a dingy looking hallway where you have to produce ID and sign paperwork. She then takes you to your room (1 of 5 as the 6th is retained for her use) up dingy staircase. Our bedroom was spacious but with the same dingy carpet, an open fire which isn't in use, a single bed and a small double bed were in the room. When we realised there was no food she didn't know where we could get something to eat.
