literie confortable, chambre double avec petite SDB, bâtiment ancien, mais propre et calme dans une petite rue en retrait de l'axe de transport principal. Située dans le centre à 10mn à pied de la grande place avec le marché de noël bus à proximité, le personnel était sympathique et la machine à café dans le hall d'entrée permet de rencontrer d'autres voyageurs.

booked the private room. tiny as a cell,the window is at the ceilling and once you opened it a bit you could not close. no one at the reception to find out things.the all hostel is narrow and claustofobic.the kitchen is tiny . maybe if you are under 25 and on very low budjet it may work

This place is the best. The staff are so so lovely, relaxed and kind. As a first time traveller this place feels like a safe haven. After having a horrible stay at a bed and breakfast this place this was where I escaped too. The location is great, on a quiet backstreet but a 1 min walk from the hustle and bustle of Old Town. Lovely restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and have a nice feeling, simple yet homely. There's a place to store luggage if you arrive before you can check in and two kitchens that help make neither one too hectic. When I am in Cluj again this will be the place I will come back to. Only other point is if you are here on a Friday or Saturday evening make sure you have earplugs as the noise from the bars can sometimes be quite loud. But then I would say earplugs are needed for any hostel you go to, it would be silly to expect absolute silence at any place.

This hostel has everything you need - a great location near the centre but also in a quiet spot; nice warm comfy rooms and beds, helpful staff, good kitchen facilities, a sauna, a lounge area. It is cosy and clean and I would be happy to go back again.
