不🉑，房間很臟。被單，地毯都有極其明顯的污垢痕跡，浴室也是，馬桶蓋有極其明顯的水漬痕跡。每天的房間打掃只是簡單的被子鋪平，不會做任何衞生清潔，連掉在地毯上面的靠墊也不會換一下，就直接撿起來重新鋪到床上。

Molto bello e confortevole, purtroppo il letto si disfa durante la notte e ti ritrovi il lenzuolo che copre il materasso tutto spiegazzato. Non ho dormito affatto bene. Il wi-fi non funzionava benissimo. Ottimo il ristorante interno! Ottima la colazione!

I stayed at the GOLDEN TULIP Ana Dome for several nights, and I was charmed by how classy this hotel really is. It is conveniently located in a tranquil place and it has been designed and furnished with exquisite attention to detail. The room was quite lavish I would say, with a king-sized bed that makes you smile just by looking at it, a spacious bathroom, and a lighting system fit for any scenario you might need. The espresso machine and separate office corner were very convenient, as I could get both my rest and my work done, without even the need to leave the room. The staff was attentive and courteous and handled every request of mine in record time. The restaurant and hotel bar were more than suitable to invite any partners I wanted to meet in Cluj, which is a big plus, from my part. The variety of dishes available at the restaurant was sufficient, for the duration of my stay. The veal soup is a must, trust me! I am curious if there's a better breakfast in Cluj, I for one doubt it, since one could opt for the full spectrum: healthy, light options, wide variety of fresh fruits and also more savory alternatives (meat and cheese in my case). I would give this hotel 5 stars for its beyond-reproach services and facilities but especially the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who made my stay truly unforgetable.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Carpet flooring shows signs of use, its beige colour doesn't look well. But the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Room temperature is too high at night, and blankets too warm and windows can't be open, so nobody in my group could sleep. Fortunately they helped me at the reception and gave me the tools to open my window.

The hotel - excellent.  Comfortable, parking, the hotel lobby - common to the reception, the bar and the restaurant - a complex full of life, I really liked the young and quality atmosphere.  In the room a great shower.  The front desk staff is helpful, kind (shalom le Erica) and responsive.  The hotel restaurant is great - excellent service from a high quality, efficient waiter who has good and accurate advice and excels in cheerfulness and kindness (well done Dan!!).              Cons for the hotel - 1. The choice of light and problematic carpet color everwhere where the stains are visible.      2. Broken electrical outlet in the room.

Modern hotel situated at a walking distance from the city center. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices: cheese - at least 10 different types, salads, fresh fruit , pastry, very good coffee. The rooms are big, and they bathroom was looking good. A little minus for the cleaning : the carpet being light beige you can see all the spots on the floor. Also the furniture from the rooms need to be cleaned.

We arrived at the hotel for a vacation. The reception staff is kind and took care of us quickly. A large and spacious room. Background music in the bath. Comfortable beds. The dining room is good and has a large selection of dishes for breakfast, the staff quickly fills in the gaps. In the evening, the dining room turns into a restaurant at reasonable prices. Free parking adjacent to the hotel.

Nice looking but average hotel with some minor problems (pics attached) AC in the room had no real velocity and was unable to reach a cool temp. Safe in room was not bolted down, it could have been carried away. No coffee maker in room. Very nice staff at front desk, bar and restaurant. Only 2 very small elevators to service a fairly large building. Golden Tulip hotels quality does vary from city to city. Overall it was a fairly nice stay. I am unsure if I would return. The overall experience was average and I hate average.

My favorite hotel to stay in while I am in Cluj-Napoca. I think the location is a bit far from the center, but the services and stay compensate for it. There aren't many restaurants close by, but the downstairs restaurant is good, and the service is impeccable. It's a bit more expensive than regular restaurants, but the food is very good. The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff is professional, ready to help, and always smiling. I have stayed here 3-4 times already and will book again.
