A private suite with an Adirondack design and private entrance that comfortably sleeps 2 to 3. We have included ample parking for two vehicles. We are walking distance to the Village of Clinton, NY with its unique shops and eateries! The Suite is 1.5 miles from Hamilton College and 20 miles from Colgate University. We are in the "Foothills of the Adirondacks". You can enjoy the use of our beautiful yard, patio and outdoor fireplace. OUR PRICE INCLUDES SALES AND OCCUPANCY TAX. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:30 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Beautiful suite and outdoor space in walking distance of restaurants and shops in Clinton. We had all the privacy we needed, while also feeling attended to by Dianne. We look forward to staying again!

It was a pleasure to meet Dianne and her husband who live in the main house attached to this room that they rent out. The backyard was amazing! Well landscaped, and very comfortable seating areas. Very clean, dining table for two, comfortable bed, all the amenities and extra hygiene products such as tooth brushes! If you forgot something, Dianne has you covered! The Keurig was ready to go for coffee or tea and she had half and half in the fridge!! Perfect for a couple. We had our teenage son with us and made it work! Snack basket was a nice bonus!! We will most definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Very charming guest suit. The set up is perfect and the ambiance is fantastic. Dianne goes the goes the extra mile to make sure you don’t have to ask or need anything extra. Had a great stay, highly recommend!

Amazing property in a very peaceful and safe area. Close to everything the town has to offer. The host were very friendly, knowledgeable and greeted us upon arrival. The Evergreen Suite was exactly as described, very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Stay
Efficient room contained everything we needed in a lovely setting with special touches.Open bedroom, kitchenette and seating area opened with french doors onto a pretty garden.Location was just 15 minutes from family. Would have loved to shop in town if we had more time. Would come again.

Romantic birthday getaway
This exceptional suite was everything we could have wanted and more. Absolutely gorgeous with all of the amenities. Our host ensured great communication regarding our stay. We will be back!

Lovely place
Stayed at the Evergreen Suite for two nights while visiting Colgate for Family Weekend (30minute drive). Very comfortable, lovely decor, super clean, thoughtful amenities, would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the cozy and charming Evergreen Suite. The host had thoughtfully and generously appointed the place and we enjoyed a fire in the backyard in the cool autumn evening. Highly recommend it.
