Overall good experience. The manager was helpful and accommodative. Very near the subway.

Room with out blind shad On split air condition for all apar**ent no air condition in bed room Bad smell in building and floor elevator also Tacking long time for check in and check out ********* was not onsets with customer

When you first arrive, be careful to double check the address as it's a very small building and easy to overlook. This is NOT a hotel, this is a key fact the door staff will be sure to remind you as they list all the shortcomings. Also, keep your flip flops on in the unit as although it was a very tiny space, it doesn't feel like much effort is made to keep it clean beyond the quick once over and it felt very grimy. The safe didn't work and according to the clerk, we had no reason to complain as the unit was safe in his judgement, and we are "lucky" to be in this part of Paris. Also, don't expect clean towels or linen as "this is NOT a hotel, it's an apar**ent" and they also expect you to clean the dishes and throw out the trash when you leave or they'll keep your $200 security deposit. Not recommended at all.

Scam! Took my 200 euro deposit and no return sleeping the night here but they took a 200 euro deposit on the first day and did not return it despite being told that the apar**ent was left in immaculate condition on departure. The lady on reception was rude and not helpful atall, you have to take your bins down on the last day, considering they pay someone to clean the apar**ents and they cannot take their own rubbish down is beyond me.

The property was very nice and several bakeries and super market close by. The check-in was at 3 pm and was told check out was at noon. The property was clean, except for the bathroom. The vent was very dusty and the shower head was very callused by hard water. At 1150 am, we (family of 6 with two rooms) were rushed out by the hotel staff stating its noon and check out is now. She apologizes when we went down to check out and that she needed one of us to go over the room to make sure we got our security deposit back. While i was in the elevator with her, another customer handed her the keys and left (they sounded French). She did not inspect their rooms. I did find this strange and unfair. All in all, the stay was fairly nice and convenient. Minus one star for the negative experiences mentioned above.

Sehr modern und saubere Einrichtung. Die Umgebung war ruhig und es gab unmittelbar Bäcker und einen Supermarkt.
