克里夫蘭機場北拉昆塔溫德姆套房飯店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland - Airport North)

駅から近く立地が良かった。しかしホテル周辺には店なく不便だった。清潔感もあり快適に過ごす事ができた。サービスも良くまた滞在したい。

Reasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again.

Perfect location, excellent staff, and decent breakfast.

Love this hotel. It is very clean. And there is airport shuttle bus service.

Called for pickup, & van driver had left for day, 12AM, told to get taxi & they would reimburse me, but waited outside for cab 45 min, no cabs when called got recording, so Laquinta sent security guard to pick me up. Very much appreciated & she was nicest person

Was not what I expected! Bottom of bathtub rusted, and had a puddle of water in it. Hair on towels, and toilet. Barely any toilet paper left. Cleanliness definitely wasn't the best throughout the whole facility. Doesn't looked like it was vacuumed in decades. Bed, and chair in room had stains. Will not stay here again and I would not recommend to anyone. Especially for the price you are paying. I would of rather slept in my car at this rate. Pass this up

I arrived late into the evening around midnight and was warmly welcomed by the individual at the front desk. He was wonderful to deal with. The website said the airport shuttle for the hotel ran 4:30am to midnight, so I did not bother asking them if they would come get me at 11:50pm. However, he let me know they had called to ask; unfortunately, I was still on the flight. I thought it was nice they would have come even though it was outside their normal hours. The room was updated and nice, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom area. There was a big wad of hair in the trash like someone had cleaned a hair brush and thrown it away. Also, there was some hair from the prior guest still in the shower. The common areas of the property show some of its wear, but the room itself was well furnished. Also, I was disappointed there was no hot breakfast as advertised.

It was very clean, even smelled clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Bill at the front desk was so friendly and helpful!!! The breakfast wasn’t impressive at all and we could hear airplanes. But actually they kind of lulled us to sleep like a low thunder rumble. We would definitely stay there again.
