克里夫蘭市中心的英迪格飯店，IHG 飯店(Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown, an IHG Hotel)

I liked the front desk staff but the house keepers would knock on my door even when i had my do not disturb sign on . They woke me up every morning when i didnt want them to. Also there was bugs all over the window blinds and the floors were not clean when i got there. Plus everyday they tried to charge my card 400$ for no reason. 10 outta 10 would not recomend.

Upon entering the room my family found fecal mater in the bathroom! A dirty cleaning cloth on the fresh towels. They replaced the towels . THEN at bedtime, there were no linens or blankets for the pullout couch bed. They had non to give us !!! The night auditor had given out all spare towels , blankets and sheets !!!! No sheets , no blankets for the two of the four people staying in the room !!!! Deplorable!!!!!

Very small room, styled like a cheap hotel. Towels were very stiff and looked dirty. Shower was dirty. One of the windows was stuck and open for the duration of our stay… in December. Staff wouldn’t look at us, just the computer, upon check in. Not really worth the money they charge.

Everything was great! EXCEPT for breakfast. No one was there to get our order. Nothing for bloody Mary’s or chocolate milk. Which dosent seem like much. But two angry kids and a moody wife…. This was MISERABLE for everyone involved.

Just a 1 night stay for a concert nearby. Staff was friendly, room was clean & smelled very nice. Only dislike was the green mountain kcup coffee in the room was awful. Maybe it was a dirty coffee machine, I’m not sure and I’m not picky about coffee either.

Checkin was easy. Great location if you have a concert or ballgame! I also love the variety of pillow types provided on the beds! Only "negative" was the awkward bathroom on a weird angle. Get in...slide to the side, shut the door, Door will hit you in the knees on the toilet otherwise. Tissue holder right by the shower door and has obviously been kneed a few times as it was falling off the wall. No soap in the shower. Have stayed here before and will again simply because of the location.

My room did not have any bath towels. I had to use the floor mat. The TV remote did not work. Loved the valet when I checked in. Great guy. The am guy was a grouch! The door was out of alignment and was really hard to close. Loved the check in guy! he was great.
