克里夫蘭機場溫德姆飯店(Wyndham Cleveland Airport)

Very strange the way they let people pay to park in the hotel's parking lot, take up all the spots, just to fly in and out of the airport and not stay at the hotel, meanwhile guests paying to stay at the hotel have to circle the lot trying to find a place to park their car. I finally was able to park in a far away dark corner and ended up assisting a young mother who was also parked far away as she tried to get her toddler, stroller, and luggage all from her car to the entrance, in the dark cold of night. Really unacceptable to not have an area designated only for guests staying at the hotel.

Check in was lengthy, but employee kind Elevator definitely needed to be fixed. It was very unsafe. We had given check in all of our details of the automobile rental, and check out Wednesday morning we received a ticket from city of Cleveland. Employee told us to throw it away it was by accident so I assume this will be taken care of because my boyfriend threw it away

Check in took way too long. The gentleman who was checking us in couldn’t find the reservation. He did apologize, but more than 15 minutes was excessive. It also seemed that the others at the desk did not really want to help. We live close by (this was an emergency stay) and after this experience I am hesitant to recommend to anyone who might visit us in the future. Also I considered suggesting this location for work events as there are several conference rooms and ballrooms that would accommodate. I won’t based on my simple check in experience. The room was clean and ready, what we expected. Unfortunately, the room can accommodate 4, but there was only 1 washcloth.

Incredibly out dated property, but a decent room for a decent price, except for the brown stained toilet seat. Awful elevator music playing loudly throughout the main floor. The staff were all cold and seemed annoyed I was checking in our checking out.

Had housekeeping try to enter our room twice without knocking the first day. When asked, they hadn't checked the room after they flipped it, but since we had already checked in, they werent going to inspect it. Had only tepid water the first day, figured it was because of the convention. Only cold water the second day, they had turned off the valve. Engineering tried to enter the room twice the second day without knocking, only stopped because we double bolted the door. Wanted to enter the room to check the toilet was working? WTH? Reported this to the front desk, was told engineering took it upon themselves to go to the rooms and test the hot water and toilets were working. The room keys stopped working, had them recoded. They worked 1x, then stopped again. Had a random person knocking on the door, looking for something from a "friend".

Where to start! The hotel staff were not friendly or helpful. We stayed because we had an early flight out of Cleveland and they offered a shuttle to the airport. I asked the receptionist where to park for long term parking, because she didn't offer any directions, her response was anywhere. The front was packed and there was a gate going to the back which we didn't have any clue how to open. The back parking was very sketchy! I was sure my car was going to vandalized while we were gone. No cameras that I could see. No instructions on the shuttle, but when asked the said they run every 15 min. When we got back we stopped in airport for it hour, no shuttle. When we called they said, oh it stops at 10:30 pm. Never told that. Had to Uber to hotel. Kind of important info! The inside of hotel was dark and grimy dirty. The room was musty and moldy smell. NEVER AGAIN!
