克里夫蘭M星飯店(M Star Hotel Cleveland)

El hotel en termino general tiene un 5 o 6 pero la atencion del personal -1. Eran las 8 de la noche cuando hicimos el check in, el personal de recepcion nos dijo que esperaramos afuera que ellos estaban ocupado, a pesar que hacia una temperatura de 2 grados, despues de 10 minitos nos asignan o las habitaciones (eran 3 en total) al solicitarle nos diera las 3 habitaciones junta q nos dijo que esa eran las asignada. Los empleados no tienen l No la lias minima odea de como tratar a un clenten no volveria estar en ese hotel

Nice place to stay. Check on process was simple very enjoyable for our two day stay

It's a $60.00 a night motel. You get what you pay for. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was small. Cleanliness was okay, but I think the age of the place gave it the illusion of being slightly on the dirty side. Checkout was 10am, not 11am as posted on the sight. It's good enough for a one night lay over on your way to somehwere else.

The property smells like not being cleaned and moisture it was marked as a hotel but is a motel. But for the price is not bad.

We aren’t positive but we are sure that we found a small little camera attached to our tv, can’t fully confirm but it was attached to a cable to the wall and if it was part of the tv sensor then it wouldn’t have a cable. For a cheap hotel night it was ok, neighbors were nosy, staff was ok wish we could of had an better interaction but property just didn’t feel safe to us.

We love the hotel. Everyone is nice and it is very clean and up to date.

I saw 2 roaches and the bed cover didn't appear to be clean. I hate writing bad reviews but I felt it was necessary and I hope hotel management does something about it.

“Housekeeping” lived at the hotel and drank,smoke and are doing ***** in the open halls to the rooms. Very unsafe!
