EXCEUTIVE SUITE WITH 2 BEDROOMS, THEATER ROOM W/55" TV, BATH W/ SHOWER, NEW KITCHEN MICROWAVE, KERUG, TOASTER & FRIDGE, SINK AND. COOK TOP. PRIVATE ENTRANCE WITH CODE LOCK. HEAT AND A/C. LARGE LIBRARY, FAST WI-FI. VERY QUIET AND SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS IS THE ENTIRE 1,070 sq ft., 2ND FLOOR OF A 15 YEAR OLD HOUSE. THERE ARE 16 STEPS UP TO THE 2ND FLOOR. WE ARE LOCATED CLOSE TO I-75, LEE UNIVERSITY AND ACCESS TO MANY OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES. THERE ARE 2 QUEEN BEDS AND 4 RECLINERS THAT ADULTS OR CHILDREN CAN SLEEP IN. THERE IS A 10' x 18' OUTDOOR SEATING AREA WITH A GAS BBQ. EXCELLENT FOR LONG-TERM STAYS. FOR EACH GUEST AFTER 5, THERE IS A $25 CHARGE PER NIGHT. Great garage apartment
We enjoyed our stay in this over garage apartment in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is convenient to Lee University and tons of shopping and dining. The host was very responsive to messages.

Nice Stay
We were in town just for two nights to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. He attends Lee University and the location was great. The space was adequate for what we needed and beds were comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

Convenient place to stay in Cleveland
This place is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Cleveland while still being a short drive to the main roads where all of the stores and restaurants are (and I-75). The hosts were gracious and helpful. As the owner points out, the entry stairs are steep and narrow. He is not kidding, but we were able to navigate them. Just be aware that for some these might be a challenge if you have heavy suitcases. Even with these stairs, we would stay here again when we come back into town.
