哈尼斯商場舒適套房飯店(Comfort Suites Hanes Mall)

We were greeted by a professional, friendly associate, Karen, she helped us check-in and find a local eatery. She gave expert directions. We really appreciate her assistance. The breakfast served was hot and had many selections. It was a great surprise and we enjoyed it. Our stay was great and we plan to use Comfort Inn on our next trip.

I always stay here on work trips to Winston Salem. They've renovated part of the hotel so the rooms are clean and new. Breakfast options are great and the staff are super friendly. So many restaurants and shopping nearby and close to the interstate. I don't stay anywhere else when I come for work.

The check in was easy however the room had roaches. When I told the staff we were checking out early they did not seem phased at all. No attempt to fix the situation just responded with a nonchalant ok. I video recorded the roach motel and can attach it to the survey should the site permit me to do so.

we have stayed at this hotel several times as we house hunted in Winston Salem. We liked the convenient location and relative quietness. We were able to secure a room and drop our bags and meet with our Realtor for a busy rest of the day. We readied ourselves for an early nights sleep and set the ac. The noise was awful even on the lowest fan it sounded like a jet plane. We tried to sleep with it but finally had to turn it completely off to sleep, uncomfortably warm. Not a great experience.

Hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating! The room was very nice and the morning breakfast hostess was a delight! You should not go away hungry. The only down side was the $3 charge for 4 antacids, but everything else was exceptional.

My father-in-law’s truck was vandalized the very first night we stayed at this hotel. His truck bed was sliced open and will have to be completely replaced. The outside of the hotel has rust stains all over it. Random people walking through the parking lot with no shirt on. The coffee cups are tiny flimsy styrofoam cups. My husband spilled coffee all over himself in our vehicle. I payed for 3 Separate Rooms each for 2 nights! There was Zero effort or compassion given to us from the hotel for our situation with the vehicle. There was only 1 working elevator the Entire time we stayed at the hotel. I would NOT recommend staying here at all!

Our air conditioning unit went bad in the middle of the night. Told front desk about it first thing in the morning and they had it fixed by the time i got back at the end of the day. Speedy response! Made sure to ask us once we got back how it was functioning and made sure we were pleased with the outcome

The rooms needed a deep clean. There were cobwebs all around the windows and ceiling corners. The window covering were stationary and didn’t close. This was a problem because you couldn’t block the morning light and it felt like a lack of privacy. I would not recommend to other travelers.
