This rental unit is part of a larger home that includes the Owner’s Unit — a private section consisting of the owner’s bedroom and bathroom, laundry room, and garage. The Owner’s Unit is physically connected but completely private and separate, with no shared living spaces. Each unit has its own private entrance to ensure full privacy. Bedrooms Each of the three available bedrooms includes a walk-in closet, dresser, nightstands, and ceiling fan for added comfort. – Master Suite: California King pillow-top mattress with down-alternative pillows and 100% cotton sateen sheets. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks and a large soaking tub. An air purifier is also provided. – Jack-and-Jill Rooms: Located across the hall from the master and overlooking the pool, one room offers a Full bed with 100% cotton sateen sheets and the other a Twin with decorative sheets. Please note: The owner’s unit has a bedroom window near the back patio, so we kindly ask that quiet hours (after 10pm) be respected while enjoying the outdoor spaces.
