A perfect place for trout fishing or just relaxing, the Lil Shangri-La has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a screened-in porch, washer/dryer, a functioning kitchen with full amenities, wireless internet, and DVD player with flat-screen TV. While only a ten-minute drive from Heber Springs's downtown, the Lil Shangri-La is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and down the road from the world-famous Cow Shoals. Enjoy hiking at nearby Sugar Loaf Mountain, Bridal Veil Falls, Collins Creek trail, and Mossy Bluff nature trail. Rent a boat at Greers Ferry Lake or go swimming at Sandy Beach on the lake. Scenic views of the Little Red River await you. BEST PLACE EVER!!!
Everything was just as described. Very beautiful place and an awesome view. The screened in patio that overlooked the river was amazing! We spent alot of our time there. My daughters boyfriend proposed to her by the river as well this week so Lil Shangri-La will always hold some great memories for us. WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

House was quaint. Fully stocked except for a hair dryer if you want one. The property was beautiful! The river views were excellent! I hated to leave. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Cabin on the River
We loved our stay at the cabin- perfect spot right on the river. Cabin was super clean and plenty of supplies. The river and lawn were beautiful! We hope to come back sometime when the dam isn’t generating so much - water was very high and fast. Very relaxing trip for our family!!

Weekend Getaway
These were perfect accommodations for our 3 night stay. Rustic, on the river, actually able to access the river and catch fish. We drove over 6 hours for our stay and would do it again. Stunning views, massive trees, good fishing. We were very pleased!
