德文海岸(Devon Shores)

The property was newly renovated with a lot of nice amenities. The shower was great with warm water and good pressure! There was a lot of storage space.The tv was nice with numerous stations but we couldn’t find live local news stations. One thing needed is written instructions in the room on how to run the heater/ac, dehumidifier and tv. When I did take time to ask the front desk they were very helpful. A small resort motel two blocks from the beach with a quaint pool, friendly staff that is good value for the money, but if you’re looking for a luxurious resort hotel by the beach, there are other choices in town as well.

Overall, I liked the facility, the staff and services were excellent. However, since I am super allergic to strong fragrances, I didn't like that every room had aroma candles - which I wouldn't be able to stand that strong smell. Luckily, the stuff helped us to take away the candles and to air out the smell, thanks to which we were able to stay. My suggestion is to mention this aroma candle item on your facility description; this way you can avoid this kind of disappoin**ent if other allergic people book your hotel. I was told that EVERY ROOM HAS THESE AROMA CANDLES so there's no way to switch the rooms. Your hotel is very nice, but this issue has almost ruined our vacation.

What a stay!! 1000% recommend the hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for us, recommended Frenchies restaurant around the corner and it was one of the nicest meals ever! The free water and tea and coffee from reception was a blessing and they were so kind to give to us. The pool is stunning and the beds are so so so comfy. The interior of the room we had was just so surf-style/chic and cool, we just loved it. The only flaw was the loud music playing at the pool area, until around 11pm at night, but minor if you've ear plugs. So near the beach area, supermarkets and shops and bars/restaurants. Wish I could come back immediately,.

We only were able to be in Clearwater for one night. Glad we chose to stay on the Island, rather than inland. The staff were helpful, we were grateful for use of the parking spot for the day that we checked out. The pool was comfortable and the rooms were great. I appreciated that they had coffee and tea in the lobby, even in the evenings.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Clean and convenient. Walking distance to Pier 60, the beach, restaurants, attractions, trolly stops and shopping. Parking is included in your stay. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the best when we were there, but we made the best of it.

Our second stay here both trips no internet so no tv there will not be a third trip this trip I booked there nicest room -the honey moon sweet just under 300$ stay at the econo lodge at least your t v will work and you will have internet these folks can’t hit there ass with both hands !!!

I stayed for five nights on vacation. The best thing was the staff - friendly and helpful at all times. They gave me a new room when I was unhappy with the one I got initially and it was roomy and comfortable. Good value as other hotels on water were more expensive. Not a luxury place but that's not what I was paying for. I would recommend.

Our room with a king bed was a little too small with limited hanging space for clothes. The bathroom window was pretty see through at night despite its fogging. It was quiet and the staff were friendly though. It's a place to lay your head but if you're expecting more you'll have to pay more at a chain hotel.
