I booked with breakfast included, got charged for breakfast on the first day, asked why they told me i should talk to front desk, i talked to the front desk and they asked me”if i have had a letter?” everyone kept saying this and i didnt have any idea what is that, first they told me from ******* for breakfast so i showed them the receipt for my booking and told me to talk to ******* then to get “the letter” , second day same thing but this time the front desk guy did extra step by checking a box which is in a closet right behind the front desk and he found “the letter” and started to apologize as this letter should have been handed to me in check in, j paid for the breakfast and no refunds so far, he promised they will take care of it but nothing so far !! Its just too much for my stay just to let them know i paid for the breakfast already !!
I also asked them to clean the rooms and change the sheets, i came back to find out they just dropped the sheets without cleaning !
Definitely not staying there again
