Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and caring. Our room was fantastic, loved the view of the bay with the sailboat -so picturesque. It seemed like everyone was sharing the same feelings of happiness of being on vacation there. The area of the hotel is perfect for everything from shopping, dining, or walking. Felt completely safe at all hours. The beach is great and the other beaches nearby are easy to visit.

Everything was perfect for my husband & I to have a couple days alone. We loved the breakfast,
poolside music, cleanliness, location, staff etc. The only negative thing that comes to mind was having a short trip! We're looking forward to coming back with the kids soon!

The children were yelling and screaming & running in the hallways and outside swimming until 10:00 p.m. every night
Some Springhill allow animals, while others do not.
This place is ideal for families with small children.
The view is breathtaking.

I thought suite would’ve been bigger/more space and beds weren’t that comfy but besides that I loved the stay which included some good breakfast, very nice and relaxing pool, and great hospitality room service.

Really enjoyed this location. Great location, only one street off the beach, but better prices! Staff was great- room was nice. Pool was great! Fun pool, easy for adults and kids. Will stay again,

I’ve stayed at several residence inns and this one had a lot of extra charges for products that would have otherwise been free I.e. detergent. The food was also lackluster again in comparison to other properties.

Liked location. Didn't get good sleep as beds are extremely hard. Always had to ask for towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. We had 4 in our room and they would only leave 3 towels and a few times no wash clothes or extra t.p so had to track down workers because every time tried calling housekeeping the phone was busy. The front desk staff, bartender and valet parking staff all super friendly and helpful.

I would say the one thing I did like was parking was expensive and I did not see any mention of that while I was booking the hotel. Other than that it was a nice, quiet, clean, and the staff was professional.

Very hard mattresses!! Also, apparently the hotel is doing renovations to rooms and nothing was mentioned. The wallpaper glue is coming through the paper and it looks like someone splattered grease or something everywhere on the walls. The ceiling also had patch marks on it. This isn’t what I expected for the amount of money spent on rooms!!
